I've had a really nasty sinus/flu thing
, so I've been in bed for the past week . I managed to get myself up today . My daughter called and we did a long distance ritual together . I set up my
new cauldron (I got it last year ) on my temporary altar and while we chatted I filled the cauldron and lit a candle then we talked a bit about the loved ones
who passed on this year and others . Then I had to take a tea break and sit down . I have always read from a book called "The Grandmother of Time"
every year when the kids were small and at home . Then all of a sudden this year when I offered to read to Mary , I ended up reading until my throat was raw
lol . So all in all it was a great Samhain .
